Sandy M. Foster, P.E.

Owner

Ms. Foster has over 25 years of experience in the fields of process design engineering, environmental consulting, project management and construction.

Over the past 20 years, Ms. Foster has focused her efforts in industries such as environmental, petro-chemical, petroleum refining, specialty chemical, agri-chemical, polymers, materials handling and manufacturing.  Responsibilities on projects have included project management, project scope definition, project schedule preparation, engineering estimates, bid package preparation, and process design.

As a project manager, Ms. Foster has experience with managing teams of engineers, designers and scientists.  She has developed and maintained schedules, prepared engineering and construction estimates, and managed the engineering and installation of both retrofit and grass roots facilities.   

Philip R. Foster, P.G.

Owner

Mr. Foster has over 25 years of experience in the environmental engineering and consulting industry concentrating his efforts on providing a full-range of environmental and geological services to private and governmental clientele. 

His environmental project management and technical background encompasses a broad scope of projects including assessment and remediation at petroleum impacted facilities, industrial facilities; real estate and industrial audits; groundwater studies; geomorphological investigations; aquifer testing; risk assessments; wetland delineations, mitigation and permit facilitation; threatened and endangered species surveys; NPDES permitting and monitoring; erosion and storm water control; and regulatory compliance. 

In addition, his experience includes performance of remediation activities at hazardous and non-hazardous contaminated sites, supervision of contaminated soil source removal excavations, supervision of biological / chemical remediation technologies, underground storage tank removals and upgrades, monitoring well installations, vapor implant installations, collection of soil gas samples, collection of soil and groundwater samples, Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, asbestos and lead based paint surveys, and technical report preparation.
